Our support service is intended to help users overcome technical problems with our software and provide advice with the implementation and customisation of appropriate NATCANSAT products.
Telephone/E-Mail support is available free of charge to users of our supported products by contacting our helpdesk on the direct dial number (right). Any other member of staff can also be contacted for specific queries via E-Mail or telephone (see the Team members section).
For training or more extensive guidance, we can also arrange training sessions for local regions provided there is enough funding available and sufficient demand in your area. We can also provide specific development services that are not within the scope of our present support budget.
